60-Day Warranty
Included with every setup — no additional cost
Every GHLClaw deployment includes a 60-day warranty period from the date of your configuration call. During this window, we handle any covered issues at no additional charge.

Support Reactivation Policy
Penalty applies when adding support after warranty expires
If your 60-day warranty has expired and you don't have an active support subscription, you'll need to pay a one-time reactivation fee before a support plan can be added. This covers the cost of auditing and resolving any issues that accumulated without coverage.

GHLClaw executes instructions based solely on client-provided workflows and configurations.
Client is responsible for compliance with all SMS, email, and outbound marketing regulations.
No guarantee of specific marketing results, lead quality, or conversion outcomes.
Client-hosted deployments: uptime is the client's responsibility and is not guaranteed by GHLClaw.
GHLClaw-hosted deployments: access is maintained only while the hosting subscription is active.
Token overages are billed as defined in your LLM option agreement — no grace periods.
